MaxxiMaT’s laminated rig mats are built with a 1” pinned design, a full 4″ pipe in beam ends. We offer 2, 3, and 4 beam options up to 60 feet in length, an option to manufacture with lifting rings, and even a unique double plate design to better withstand tough jobs. Our laminated rigmats are manufactured with 2×6 SPF S-Dry, and are kiln dried to under 18 degree moisture. All mat ends are also treated to preserve the material and maximize the lifespan of your mats.

To optimize productivity, branding, and inventory management, we also offer several useful add-ons, such as applying: rated lifting rings, Crosby shackles, customized color, and serial numbering.

MaxxiMaT’s crossbeam rig mats are strong, dependable, and repairable and can withstand the demands of the toughest of jobs. We manufacture these powerhouse mats with both a full 4” pipe and a full 6” I beam across both ends, along with 6”x6” timbers throughout. Designed for optimum function, our laminated cross-beam rig mats boast sling-friendly pipe ends, reinforced lifting slots on top rails (4), and ½” HD ears.
